Extinct?

I drew this for hearing the news Japanese river otter declared extinct. (mainichi.jp/english/english/newsselect/news/20120828p2a00...)

The otter seemed to be the subspecies of the Eurasian otter. So we can see the cousins of them... it's sad news though.

 However there are still people who're looking for the Japanese river otter. We don't know really they have gone.
